We need a Package Management System to GNU, something better than emerge, ports or sorcerer. Something that manages the dependencies, download packages and/or source packages to compile...

GNU Stow is the GNU Package Management Sytem, but it apears to be dead and doesn't work properly. It could be improved to work with Stowfs or symlinks (on GNU+Linux distributions)...
