Please re-compile MLDonkey without using Suses Ocaml packages, they are known to be really buggy:

./configure --enable-force-ocaml

I'm not sure what the old version was. It was a few releases back, though.

I'm on SUSE 10.1 32bit.

I upgraded from a previous version which handled these files fine, but now mlnet gets EFBIG on startup when it tries to write a NULL to the end of the file.
