Char "/" is now replaced by "_" in channel log filenames (it's impossible to use "/" in a filename).

If you join a channel that has a forward slash (/) in its name, that channel will not get logged if you have /set log_auto_channel to ON.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Sign onto freenode
2. /set log_auto_channel = ON
3. /join #/foo
4. type some text
5. check logs directory.. there will be no log file there

Same thing happens with / in any part of the channel name.
(e.g. #foo/bar, #foo/, etc..)
