Stéphane, Fred and I dit hit a problem concerning weird
(aka too much ;-) memory requirement for the ringbuf
used by the TSP data socket sender;

This constant definition seems the culprit:

/** used to calculate the socket buffer size */
#define TSP_DATA_STREAM_MAX_HEADER_SIZE 1024
