We do have some sample data which is installed along with pspp and there  is a pointer to it in the file open dialogs.

I don't actually see any data sets here, just lectures and tutorials.  I'll ask Doug about that in email.

We should include some good, free sample data sets with PSPP.  Some folks have pointed out some data sets that may be suitable.  I'm filing this bug to track them.  I will add comments pointing out data sets.
