Corresponding source code
--rcfile options are processed when 'automate stdio' is executed, but they are not processed by commands executed in the stdio process; they are silently ignored.
mtn should either warn/error on --rcfile options in stdio, or execute them.
Note that the effects of rcfiles are cumulative throughout a stdio session; this could be confusing.
