dbsh is primarily intended as an interactive client, but it might be useful to have a batch mode for use from scripts. This would accept SQL as a command line argument and exit once it was run.

May also be useful to disable default pager (although this could be done with an env var), or maybe even ignore .dbshrc altogether.
