Sorry for the late response...

Can you please provide a full stacktrace of the java exception?

Same here. What I've noticed in these cases is that a java exception occurred when the backup was complete. After that, the timer stops incrementing and the program spins until I press Cancel.

sometimes if you make backup, progress bar start spinning, and spinning and spinning and nothing happens.
If you click "cancel" you will find out that your files already being backuped.
