CISCO-ADSL-DMT-LINE-MIB (http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseMIB.do?local=en&mibName=CISCO-ADSL-DMT-LINE-MIB) cannot be loaded by MIbble because it referes Unsigned32 FROM CISCO-TC.

In CISCO-TC
Unsigned32 imported from SNMPv2-SMI. So it is kind of "indirect".
Some MIB parsers allow it, some don't.
In this particular case CISCO-TC used to have Unsigned32 but later it was moved to SNMPv2-SMI. Noone updated reference accordingly.

It would be nice to have warning instead of error for this case.
