I just checked out the latest libunwind from git, and it does not build for me because src/os-linux.h refers to open(), mmap(), O_RDONLY, etc. but does not #include the header files declaring these.

I suggest adding #include <fcntl.h> (for open() etc.) and #include <sys/mman.h> for mmap().
