When xlog starts, it initializes the CAT rig interface.  However, if something happens to the interface, the only way(?) to re-initialize it is to restart xlog.  One idea is to create a mechanism to restart the CAT interface while xlog is still up and running.  One possibility is to create another GUI button, in the empty space above the QSO data entry frame, which would cause this re-initialization to occur.
