Fixed. Please try with latest version, and quickly report any problem (release is scheduled for next Sunday).

Steps to reproduce:

Open plain WeeChat.
Set system time to 23:59:59. A day change message will be printed.
/window scroll +2
-> The day change message is displayed in the previous line. A screenshot attached.
