System: Ubuntu GNU/Linux
Release: 16.04 LTS
Codename: xenial

Attention Lynx Developers:

Lynx's link (in the help screen) to the specification for HTML 3.2 goes to the wrong place. It should go instead to <http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html32>.

Sincerely,

Ryan Cunningham
