I encountered some errors when cross-compiling libunwind to armv7l-none-linux-musleabi.
First, libunwind uses libgcc / libgcc_s by default, which I fixed by changing Makefile and src/Makefile '-lgcc' or '-lgcc_s' to '-lcompiler_rt'. But I still think choices should be available in configure script.

Second, when make was compiling files under 'tests/', the compiler complained about not finding symbol '__aeabi_unwind_cpp_pr0'.

I've done some research on the symbol, but the results are rather frustrating. The symbol is a part of ARM's EHABI, listed under 'ARM-defined personality routines and table formats for C and C++'. I don't understand what that means, but most answers online suggest stub those functions out.

I looked up the entire savannah/libunwind source code for the string '__aeabi_unwind_cpp', but there's nothing. However, I found an implementation in llvm/libunwind. It is written in C++ and uses C++ standard library (which is why I choose to use savannah/libunwind because I don't have C++ standard library available). However that implemenation is not trivial, so I cannot copy and paste that into origial code.

Also note the function is implemented in kernel headers with an empty body (which is strange).
