What does this mean "Another set of missing values are just graphical." ?
The DataExplorer does not show curves for a values which contains only zeros values. This is also blanked out in curve selector.

FYI: MC3K Firmware 1.11 is available in an extra download bundled with installer, the upgrade mechanism within the PSLC does not really work.

In your post it isn't really clear for me if the FW 1.11 fixes the reported problems. Since I always stuck with the latest FW and do not have older FW version handy I can not really recreate for verification.

I just received my MC3000 two days ago. I can confirm this bug, or at least the same problem.

MC3000 HW 1.4+ FW 1.11 (had the same problem with 1.03 which was running on the charger when I got it), using dataexplorer 3.2.6.

All temperature fields are reported zero.

Another set of missing values are just graphical. In the first channel of the combined analog view all values are zero. All other values seem to be reported correctly, in all views!

Just for your information: The MC300 firmware bug list is somehow long, you may have a look at http://tinyurl.com/mc3k-list.

Yes, it figures.
Thanks a lot for all the answers.
Wonderfull work indeed.
You have one beta tester here.

Maybe you should leave all these threads open
so if people have issues they can relate
to these threads.

One would not assume the FW to be buggy to that extent.
The manual states with humour that HW/FW needs little update.

I know that it is good practice to update FW
It failed so far
Anyhow I will try again
Maybe with a different PC

On mine (I have little knowledge of windows I quitted 10 y ago)
I disabled the antivirus and tried cabled and wifi connections.
Wifi via my own router connected to telecom box
and wifi direct to telecom box.

Maybe the server is down ?

Your Firmware is very outdated, 1.03 is the initial once, I wonder why you do not see at least a 1.04 which was official released?
(You need Windows and SkyRC tooling to check for new FW and install it)

My guess is since there are so many bugs in initial FW your problems are FW related. For me it does not make sense to catch ghosts.
I do DataExplorer in my spare time!

FW 1.03
HW 1.4
Sorry my mistake (I quoted from memory and got confused FW/HW versions)

Attached 2 CSV files from the same MC3000 experiment, saved
within the same dataexplorer session.
One with all slots
One with first slot only.
Exported via csv absolute.

In
2016-06-04_1_NiMH - Chargef-slot1-only-no-zero.csv
look at voltage : it is continuous, no drop to zero.

Then the same data in
2016-06-04_1Allactiveslotspart1-random-zero-voltage.csv
column voltage1,at 31 sec, 34, 42, 43 etc, value is zero.
This is random, data are "skipped".

Same zero issue on all the voltages.
These zero are in the combi table before export as well.
Capacity, T and Ri columns also get random zeroes

Current goes through zero but I think it is a feature of MC3000.
So cannot tell for these current data.

I do not understand the issue, my device showing HW version 1.4+ and Firmware 1.05 (updated)
My device is a pre-production sample, so I am not aware about functionality of a device with HW version 1.03, must be a development sample?

Please explain in more detail and provide a sample file.

CVS version of the day
HW 1.03 for the skyrc

jessie in crouton in chrome
chronos@localhost / $ sudo /opt/google/chrome/chrome --version
Google Chrome 50.0.2661.104 unknown

Values are not continuous then
0.0 appears in all the columns
