jk_cp -j and jk_cp --jail does ecatly the same
you should try it with the absolute path (/home/myjail insteade myjail)

i tried it on my testsystem
cd /chroot/
jk_cp -j k1111/ /usr/bin/jk_uchroot <- endless loop (idk what hapened here but nothin is happened that i had to kill it with ctrl+c)

jk_cp -j /chroot/k1111/ /usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh <- worked correclty
root@dev:/chroot# jk_cp -j /chroot/k1111/ /usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh
Copying /usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh to /chroot/k1111/usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh
removing setuid and setgid permissions from /chroot/k1111/usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh

For example:

Works: jk_cp -j myjail /usr/bin/rsync

Does not work: jk_cp --jail myjail /usr/bin/rsync
