The problems neither occurs (anymore) in Ferret v7.1 nor in PyFerret v7.44.  The issue might have been solved by recent changes in ComPlot.

[field #13]                  Summary: model data not rendered in transect in 32 bit Ferret 7.2
[field #14]      Original Submission: I just installed Ferret and ComPlot 0.1.0 on a 32 bit Debian 9 system.  It did not render vertical transects correctly: only observations were shown, not the model.

To reproduce:

    go complot_demo

The last panel has this issue.

(Additionally, there is an issue in the labeling of the vertical axis of the second panel -- it seems to be double labeled.)
