Fixed in [20200122] which introduced --blocktimeout.

--pipe --block 5s

wait 5 sec for input. Then start a command.

--pipe --block 5s -r

Dont run if the block is empty.

--pipe --block 5s -r --block 1m

Wait at most 5 sec for input or if atleast 1m received. Then start a command.
