When building a tiny nano, the important thing is is to build a binary that is as small as possible. Then it doesn't matter if the machine's glibc or other libraries contain some obscure bugs that the gnulib probing routines have detected. We simply want to use the libraries that are present on the machine and not include any gnulib modules in nano's binary.

With --without-included-regex the use of the gnulib regex module can be suppressed. That is good enough in most cases. So... won't bother looking further into this.
