for example,if this is a super-long filename, or shared file number exceeds its limit. This file is not COMPLETED when it's 100% download. then if I rename it or remove and reshare dirs, it's still not COMPLETED, I think the core doesn't check it because there is no more incoming packages(it's 100% DLed). The only way I can do is restarting mlnet and it's been checked at startup and completed. So I'm wondering it's only checked at downloading if a file is completed or not. Pause-then-restart doesn't work either.

MLdonkey now reads the max allowed filename length from the filesystem and shortens filenames if needed.
