Fixed together with a couple of other minor doc issues in
both, HEAD and avr-libc-1_2-branch.

    avr/io.h already provides a sbi() macro definition, which can be
    used in C programs.

Should be removed or replaced with "The compiler optimizes '|=' to use
sbi when appropriate" (does he?)
