After a file is downloaded and committed (auto committ in fact) I usually move them from the incoming/files directory to elsewhere.

It appears that this problem is not fixed (I'm using 2.9.1).
I wish it were fixed because I have a clamav process watching the incoming directory, ready to scan files, but these transient ghost files cause it to crash.
