This seems to be a duplicate of bug 7593. I will leave this one as a feature request.

5 servers fill the server list to 493 server 554 using random ports the usual ranges used are mostly between 10024 and 65000 though at least on server uses the range of 1002-6000

please remove and ban automatically servers attempting to use more then 3 ports and/or allow range blocking using the bp command ( bp 1-3000 9999-65535 )
