Please check if this bug still is in current CVS version.
You should find a tarball of current CVS in files section of
this project: http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/mldonkey/

As to getting out the filenames:

>vd

This should give you a list of all files:

Downloaded 0/3 files
[ Num ]                  File                      %     Done      Size     Left Old  Active  Rate  Prio
[D   3] D617DE6522362E965DF78AB81C61D914       57.4   416.4mb  724.8mb  308.5mb 2:0 16/641   34.5     0
...

Then use

>vd 3

to obtain detailed list
[Donkey     3] D617DE6522362E965DF78AB81C61D914                    760041744  423844835

Moreover I once had to recover downloads, using "recover_temp" and it worked without problems (mldonkey ver.

Hi,
I am currently using a 2.5.12 core where I personally fixed the "BT downloads not restarting after core restart" problem. I also used precompiled cores from http://www.8ung.at/spiralvoice/

here is my problem:

I used to have this problem quite a lot (I've been using mldonkey since the very beginning) but lately it has dissappeared and I was very dissappointed that it came back..

The core crashed!
don't ask me how... it wan't a segfault, the core just dind't respond to anything anymore.
ok. kill core.

now normally that is not such a major problem BUT this time, like in the past, all my downloads were gone after I restarted the core!
this is very annoying!
when you do a recover_temp mldonkey displays only the hash and not the filename (why? can't you save the filename somewhere... I've had hash named files sitting in my list for over a year and then I cancelled them... I only wanted to know what the file was so I could look for an alternative download ... but without even knowing the name?)
also: after recover_temp all downloads start at 0 bytes!
ARGHH!!!

and lastly
BUG:
recover temp doesn't recover Bittorrent, Limewire, OpenNapster etc....
what should I do with all those temp files?
where can I find out what they were so that I can find alternate downloads?

I find these to be pretty severe bugs and  hope they get sorted out soon.
(can't the core save all filenames and stuff every five minutes? I just don't understant why everything should be gone just because the core crashed!!)
