I use GNOME with a dark theme (clearlooks-Darkblue) on an ubuntu dapper.

Syanptic has a problem with marked change colors, the changed row are highlighted with a color but the text color is still the theme color. On dark theme the default text color is usually light (light blue in my case), so the low contrast between background and text is not sufficient to make these rows easily readable (see screenshot).

The problem is particularly annoying with the yellow (update) background color).

Maybe when the background color is changed the text color should be changed to black too.
