Not really confirmed, but looks correct.

As I read the man page, -b should not affect what is rejected, only redirecting things that would be tagged.

Needs doc clarification and likely code change.

Running Fedora 8 (Werewolf), sendmail 8.14.1, spamass-milter 0.3.1-5

If, in EXTRA_FLAGS="-r 15 -b user@domain.com" is used, the -r flag will be ignored. Mail gets delivered to -email is unavailable- regardless whether the spam score is greater or less than 15.

I'd assume that using the above flags, if the spam score is 15 or below, the mail will be delivered to -email is unavailable- and that if the spam score is greater than 15, the mail will deleted outright.
