In the current git version, and after much testing, We've determined that the read buffer is not always accurate in the information (percentage) that it displays. There is a > 1% spike that occurs approximately 2 seconds before a clip buffer is read as the read ahead logic fills the clip buffer in preparation to sound.

I'm reporting this at the request of Remon, who is aware of the problem.
