Erps --- I reversed the headers ---- Header One shows the the Blank/Empty Subject problem, and Header Two shows the Missing Subject problem.

2 Bug Listed in the Report, both Subject Related, with headers.

If a mail comes in without the "Subject:" header, the Milter won't create a new "Subject: [SPAM]."

If a mail comes in with an Empty "Subject:" it always marks it as "Subject: [SPAM]" regardless of what's returned by SA 3.0.1.  Full header below:
