I'm running Ubuntu Breezy on my pc.
When I try to use imv, I often got errors like this:

root@penelope:/etc/cron.hourly # imv strace

> strace.old

* glibc detected * malloc(): memory corruption: 0x000000000053d730 *
Aborted
root@penelope:/etc/cron.hourly # mv strace strace.old
root@penelope:/etc/cron.hourly #

As you can see, the same action with mv works fine...
