Sometimes when generating the threaded indexes, MHonArc orders the resource sections in way that forces incorrectly formed XML to be generated.

Corresponding source code
Fix applied. However, the moving of the code block of
with starting comment "## Close entry text" was not done.
This move does not seem relevant to the problem reported.
Also, similar change was not done to tslice code.
