For example, where are STK500_devcode or for EEPROM I only have 512 value, no other information such as max_write_delay, readback_p1, readback_p2, read, write, mode, delay, blocksize, readsize...

Corresponding source code
I've been using Robert Timm's attiny87 config (file #26889) for a while, and it has been working well for me. I think it would make sense to include these in the distribution.
