At the moment SimpleGraph (undirected, simple graph implementation) implements Graph. Which means a more restrictive type is a sub-type of a less restrictive one, which breaks substitutability.

Really, we should have a collection of distinct interfaces, one for each  Graph type, and then have a general interface that implements all.
