After fixing Bug #31027 when --add-revision is used, the revised file has a time stamp of all zeros and so the time doesn't match when using file-verify and if you file-list --time it asserts:

ofl: ../../../include/time_stamp.h:119: nwos_extract_day_of_month_from_time_stamp: Assertion `1 <= day_of_month && day_of_month <= 31' failed.
