Confirmed for both metad and parkes.

The license doesn't say that distribution (with or without modifications) is allowed, so we must assume that it's not.

This package contains the levels and graphics for the game Abuse with the Free Abuse (fRaBs) extensions.

addon/claudio/claudio.lsp appears to have a comment.

  • but credits must be given to the author. *
  • If you intend to distribute any file, however, contact Claudio Bolzoni. *


The Non-functional Data section of the FSF's guidelines [1] mention that they should be licensed for commercial and non-commercial use.

I also wonder if the requirement to contact Claudio Bolzoni before distribution goes against the part that "...being free to do these things means (among other things) that you do not have to ask or pay for permission to do so." [2]
