Corresponding source code
mhonarc doesn't include mails in the thread index when the References mail header includes the Message-ID of the same mail.
For example this header snippet:
Message-ID: <123456@example.com>
References: <123456@example.com>
These mails appear fine in the date index but are completely missing from the thread index.
You might argue that this is a broken behavior of the MUA but IMHO mhonarc still shouldn't trip over it.
