I try to disable inlining anyway in the configure script, so it shouldn't matter.  I haven't found a version of gdb yet that correctly displays inlined code, so all it does is make it impossible to examine coredumps.  The potential speedup by inline is completely outweighed by the slowness of spamassassin itself, anyway.

Many short functions in class SpamAssassin are not defined within the class body, and not specified to be inline when they're actually defined either, so the compiler will probably not inline them.
