atmega88 is marked as AVR_M163 in Avr.C which does not have the AVR_FUSE_EXT flag. In Avr.h : Create a copy of AVR_M163, call it AVR_M88, add the flag and set it correctly in Avr.C

uisp -v -dlpt=/dev/parport0 -dprog=data -dpart=ATmega88 --wr_fuse_e=0xFC

says 'Fuse Extended Byte set to 0xFC'. Then,

uisp -v -dlpt=/dev/parport0 -dprog=dapa -dpart=ATmega88 --rd_fuses

says 'Fuse Extended Byte = 0xff'.

Fuse Extended Byte can't be changed nor read with uisp/ATmega88 (I verified it works with avrdude).
