It becomes during the installation time, when you choose your country.
Here the bug is that you can't change after your country.
for some people which travel for exemple.

Hi all,

When I try from the menu System / Administration / Time and Date
to adjust where I leave and my hour timezone this is what happend.

I change to Paris (Corsica is considered as this time zone;) and the time to my local hour.

but the hour stay the same ... and I stay in New York or somewhere in the USA timezone.
