Good catch. It looked as though the terminate() function suffered from the same affliction. I had to make a few more changes beyond yours.

During shutdown (after call to Manager::stop()) we have to wait for next incoming request to wake up the sleeping request thread to let it join the main thread.

Fix: Wake up the request thread by calling transceiver.wake().
