When matching SEQUENCE elements up against value symbols in the MIB file, the types should be validated for compability or similarity.

In order to implement such a validation, it would probably be easiest if a new MibType.isCompatible(MibType) method was added. This would then have to be implemented by all the MIB types. In addition, the SnmpObjectType.checkElement() method would have to be extened to call this method to validate the compability of the element and value symbol types.
