GSequencer gets triple-sync and additional dialogs

Item posted by Joël Krähemann <jkraehemann> on Fri 13 Oct 2017 04:28:05 PM UTC.

The AgsSynth and AgsSyncsynth syncing option just got its improvement. The combo box allowing you to choose syncing to frequency was removed. Replaced by a triple-sync option that should do its job better.

ags_synth_generator_compute_extended()

This function allows you to provide synchronization points. The AgsComplex parameter passed provides x as next synchronization point and y as the phase to set.

Thought the function may accept many sync-points the UI does just provides 3 of them.

Position cursor by dialog

AgsPositionNotationCursor and AgsPositionAutomationCursor shall improve accessibility. It might be very difficult to position the cursor. These dialogs would allow you to specify x-offset and for note or pattern editor an additional y-offset.
