Better support for --help and --version
Item posted by Andreas K. Förster <akf> on Tue 15 Aug 2006 06:34:58 AM UTC.
All programs in AKFQuiz support the parameters "--help" and "--version" now.
The output is trimmed to be usable with the program "help2man", so you can easily generate nice manpages automatically from the programs. Only "scrquiz" isn't compatible to help2man, and I don't know how to change that.
These modifications are already available in the CVS and will be in the release 4.3.2.
I think about rewriting the documentation in the texinfo format (or maybe docbook). So help2man will be an easy way to keep manpages up to date then...
