New Data type: Supernova Ia with covariance

Item posted by Sandro Dias Pinto Vitenti <vitenti> on Tue 11 Dec 2012 07:10:12 PM UTC.

Added support to Supernova Ia with non diagonal covariance matrices to the library. In this new model the phenomenological parameters alpha, beta, sigma_int, etc can be analyzed together with the cosmological parameters. This allows analysis similar to what is done, for example, in Conley 2011 ( http://arxiv.org/abs/1104.1443 ).

Added a simple example of model fitting using SN Ia data: ( http://www.nongnu.org/numcosmo/#ExampleFitSNIaPython ).

Several other improvements:
  - Serialization.
  - the darkenergy fitter.
  - Documentation.
  - Bug fixes.
