Compared to 0.7.96, it fixes a few minor issues.
The main goal in this branch was to greatly enhance the usability of GChemPaint. I hope that this goal has been reached.
Many things remain to be done before we can reach the 1.0 stable level, so there are still many missing features. Users are welcome to add their needs to the bugs repository (preferably at https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?group=gchemutils since GChemPaint will be included in the Gnome Chemistry Utils in the next branch).
Thanks to the work of Julian Sikorski who found quite a few bugs, this release should be more stable.

This version should be stable. It is at least feature and string frozen, so it is time for tests and translations.
This is an unstable version and it might be unreliable. It might even not compile (if this happens, please tell).
It can be installed in parallel with a stable release.
News are:
This is the last development release in the 0.7 series. Next release will be
0.7.90 aka 0.8.0beta1 within a couple of weeks or even less.
