The documentation's been improved, and a bunch of bugs have been fixed. Some return values have changed -- definitely see the NEWS file and manual if you've been doing real coding against 0.4.
This release contains tons of fixes, and the test suite is an order of magnitude larger than it was in 0.1.2 -- definitely worth an upgrade if you're using an older version. Documentation is also much improved. Nonetheless, still a development version, so wear oven mitts.
Another development release -- handle with care. Lots of fixes; more stuff added to the test suite.
