Finally I put everything together and made a new release, 0.3. It provides new stronger checks (borrowed from pam_cracklib) and full HTML documentation. Have fun!

After some time everything (CVS and web pages) is now in place on Savannah. Files are also distributed using the "Files area", where I put the last stable release.
Thank to the support provided by Savannah Staff, in the person of Mathieu Roy, my CVS repository has been copied on Savannah. This way Savannah's CVS tells the story from the very beginning.
