I've removed the patch about the location so that we can focus on the issue of the mode of files in /etc/sysconfig

"make install" installs in /usr/local/sbin

The main reason for the patch though was that the initscript expected /etc/sysconfig/spamass-milter to be executable. Files which go in /etc/sysconfig are mode 644 on RH, not 755.

Hm. Does this mean that the RPM puts the spamass-milter binary in /usr/local/sbin? I thought RPMs were supposed to install into /usr, not /usr/local? The .spec file uses %{_sbindir}/spamass-milter.
