patch #7347: Make color-theme play nicely with byte-compiled files under themes/

If you byte compile .el files under themes/ directory, you'll end up loading each set of themes twice - once as .el, once as .elc. This is because by default, color-theme-libraries is set to all files under that directory, and for each such file, load is called. If load gets a specific filename with .el or .elc, it'll just load that, without second-guessing user. If it gets filename without extension, it'll do the Right Thing[tm] - try .elc, then look for .el.

Included patch fixes this. It should work for any set of .el files, that might have been byte compiled.
