GNU Mailutils version 1.2 was released today as a part of the release of GNU General Public License version 3. Starting from this release, the package is distributed under the GPLv3. Apart from this, the new release incorporates lots of other important changes. Please see

Mailutils 1.1 is available from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/mailutils. This is a maintenance release over the previous stable version 1.0.
The short list of user-visible changes and bug fixes follows:

Mailutils 1.0 is finally available from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/mailutils. This is the first major release since December, 2004. It introduces lots of new features and fixes the bugs found so far in previous releases. See the NEWS file for the detailed listing of these.
