I see that you have a similar issue for the 2.14 and 2.16 kernels but, I am attaching a more detailed text of the error from a 2.15 kernel which I hope can help expedite the fix.  I am running Fedora Core 5 on a Compaq Evo N610C notebook with the W200 Multiport WLAN "card".  It requires the orinoco_usb from your CVS tree.

One other very important observation.  The Makefile from the tar and CVS seem to be the same; that is to say that there is no reference to the orinoco_usb.c file in the SOURCES line. Does this mean that it will not build the orinoco_usb module?
